"I think this is maybe the second or third review I ever written. I've been to Wildkatz 50 times I'd guess. I've hosted an overpriced party where the kids barely interacted with each other because it is a fun place. I've definitely spent thousands of dollars here, between admission, a birthday party for 20 kids, lots of concessions, countless socks, and stuffed animal retail. Today it's more apparent than ever that there has never been any customer service or hospitality here. I'd rather say I'll never be back, but my kids do love it.
