8 months agoThe staff was very courteous and helpful. It was a good experience. I give it a mediocre rating purely on the fact that, as an active engaging parent, I was informed that ‘according to policy’ no one over the age of 16 was allowed on any of the equipment. Admittedly, I am a child at heart and would’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to test my balance on the beam, or get a few hops in on the trampoline, (in reality it would’ve meant climbing up the bounce house slide to send my younger daughter down to my wife waiting at the bottom). I fully appreciate the fact that “rules are rules,” but I would like future potential customers to be aware of this policy. We checked, retrospectively, and found that we could only see this policy AFTER we’d made our $341 reservation. Again, the staff was very friendly, but served as lifeguards of the area. I almost feel that if parents are disallowed to engage in activities, staff should potentially fill the role. We did have a good time, just not the experience I hoped it would be.

a year agoMy boys do ninja warrior and they just love it. The coaches are amazing and I love open gym when we can just go and the boys play ($16). It's great to bring new kids as the staff is great to teach good technique. Amazing alternative to other club sports.

a year agoMy daughter has been taking classes for awhile now and she loves it. We use the homeschool program so it's not too busy and the classes are a bit smaller. The coaches she's had have been great.

2 years agoYou should be ashamed of yourselves. You managed to send a little kid home devastated and balling as I loaded her on the car. Good job. We showed up at 9:25 for the 9:30 sample class and checked in. The person working the counter introduced my daughter to the instructor, who told us that they would call her when the class begins. She had her remove her shoes & socks and take a seat. We did so, 20 feet away and right in the front. We sat there waiting for someone to call her for 25 minutes while one regular class after another started. No one called her, no one said anything about a sample class. The instructor never approached us or said anything else to us as I reined my daughter in for 25 minutes while she watched the other kids get to jump and play. As she was boiling over I decided to go up to the desk to see when her sample class was going to begin and was informed that she was supposed to be with the first class to start... 25 minutes ago. No one called her, as we were told that they would, and the response to the situation was that we could join the nearly finished class or we could try again next week. I get that most of the people working here are extremely young so it's easy to blame them but the fault here lies entirely with the management and their clear lack of a process for this.

2 years agoWithin the first 10 minutes I wanted to leave. The young instructors were confused & didn’t provide any guidance for her. She was just standing there & ended up joining a random group. The teachers were uninterested & acted like they’d rather be somewhere else. At the end they stamped the kiddos hands and joined together in a circle. My little girl was the last to get stamped & missed the group huddle before all of the kids dismissed to leave. She ran to me sobbing. She cried the whole way home & doesn’t want to ever do gymnastics again. This was her first experience & I’m livid. I wouldn’t recommend anyone bring their child here.
