"My child is in the aftercare program at her school & we are having an issue with the director for the 2nd time this year. I have sent emails & made phone calls to speak to someone who can help me resolve this issue and have yet to receive a response. No one has reached out toe via email or phone. Who can I call??"

"I would give 0 if I was able. There was an incident regarding my child and another child. It was an incident that involved pulling my daughter’s pants down. The YMCA has it in their policy that they are not going to call if something like that happens. They will tell the person picking up and that person is responsible for relaying the information. My daughter’s father and I do not have an amicable relationship so that is not an option. So for anyone using the YMCA afterschool, you should know, I was not made aware that this even happened until I was told Sunday NIGHT by my child’s father. I a"

"I would give them 0 if I could. Do not take your child with special needs here. They do not have the capability to care for children with different abilities even though they claim they are able to."
