Academy Players

Great little theater. Comfortable seating. Good tech. Reasonable concessions. Saw a great production of Ride The Cyclone with a very talented cast and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This community theater is just that. My daughter and wife have been going here for over two years. They sing and dance while making lasting memories..... The owners and the director are such wonderful people. I suggest the Summer camp if you have a chance next year.... The selection of plays are so very different chances are you will have a wonderful time with family or by yourself. We will continue to attend plays and hopefully my family will continue to perform. I love it and will continue to recommend to anyone that listens!

Each and every time I've attended a play at Academy Players I leave with a smile. The venue is comfortable with convenient parking, the tickets price is very reasonable and the talent exceeds my expectations. Truly a hidden gem in the Rhode Island live theater market. Highly recommend.

Saw Mamma Mia and all I can say is WOW!!!! This group was fantastic. Especially loved the character Donna 👍. The entire cast was incredible and professional. The theatre was beautiful. Seating was perfect. Loved it all! Can't wait to visit again.

I've watched this theatre grow and improve to a very worthy establishment for entertainment. The talent just keeps getting better and better and the new renovation of the building and stage was will thought out. They continue to position themselves for growth and exposure by providing high quality instruction and directing. I expect Academy and some of their affiliated performers to make quite a splash.
