Acrobatic Gymnastics of San Antonio

My daughter looks forward to gymnastic class every week! She loves her coaches (Addison and Alexander) and has made a lot of improvements in such a short time. Highly recommend. Also, a plus, the lady at the front desk is very sweet and helpful!

Best place hands down great coaches and there staff are amazing and they really care about my kids and wanting them to learn gymnastics !!!! Definitely glad I brought my kids here ❤️

I would not recommend AGSA. As mentioned in previous reviews, the one front desk manager is consistently impatient and rude (which I can deal with if the bottom line is well managed). However, they refuse to reimburse you or honor missed classes. With preschool age children, life gets hectic, but I still honored and completed AGSA's required steps of cancelling 24 hours before. I did not wish to continue during the school year and unenrolled my child expecting AGSA to honor the "tokens". Without them continually charging you, you cannot access make up classes. You must remain beholden to them. At our past gym in another city, they had 4 to 5 college age front desk workers who were always more than helpful. When we moved, they printed me a reimbursement check on the spot without me even asking. They also tracked missed classes themselves. AGSA does not work with you as their customer, they are out for themselves. The fact that it is so difficult for this place to print you a check is very telling about how AGSA is managed. (Another reviewer mentioned a similar issue with reimbursement)

This gym is decent at best. The have a man coaching young children that isn’t good with them. My 4 year old daughter didn’t want to go anymore because he gripped at her too much. The manager who sits at the front desk, isn’t friendly or helpful and she will charge your credit card for months after you leave, even if you cancel properly.

I really like this gym, the teachers are great. I only wish they'd upgrade their payment processing. We accidentally overpaid and they couldn't give us a refund, but instead could only give us store credit... :(
