Adventure Shack & Rentals at Centennial Park

Really smooth for my first time going to this establishment, really helpful & nice employees! Beautiful pond/lake, I saw lots of wildlife!

I was treated horribly... The manger or possibly owner Dawn approached me while on a boat that I rented from her employee Peter and accused me of stealing the boat.. I was on the small lake with my family and co-workers when she drove her boat up beside us m yelling “ get that boat back” and yelling at my kids on a kayak “get away from that boat”. I was shocked and confused and as I attempted to ask questions about the accusation she told me the police were on the way. Really the police. The boat rental booth still had my ID and credit card so I’m not sure how I could’ve stolen the boat. It was very embarrassing. When we parked at the dock and addressed the matter with Peter, she realized she was wrong and she was misinformed by another employee, she never apologized. By the way I rented 8 other boats for my co-workers. Instead of thanking us for the business she told us to make reservations next time before coming in a large group. “WOW” I will NEVER support this business again. I really believe the color of my skin had a lot to do with her actions and the way I was treated.

Nice place. Only charged for half hour despite fact we were out for 45 minutes

New leadership after 3 years of being closed.

Very poor customer service. They treat people badly and very expensive for this poor attitude.
