Basics lesson with Teresa was perfect! A full day of safety & form instruction and practice time on the lake. I highly recommend.

Great experience. Coached us well before taking the kayaks out on the water. The kayaks were in good condition and the team was friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very fair with our time and never rushed us to leave or get back. Good attention to safety as well.

Great outdoor fun for the whole family. All ages welcome. Beginners not a problem basic lessons are provided. As well as classes. They even do tours and special events. Charley and Teresa are great teachers they take time with each of their students and make sure everyone has a chance to practice and that everyone gets the best experience possible.

Awesome people who run this. Had a blast out on the canoe. The prices are fair and the lake here is very nice. Water is quite natural and not polluted like others I've been to. They were happy to let us be out a little later than their usual hours. The kayaks and canoe all are quality built. Definitely a strong recommendation

Called at around 5pm asking when they were open until. They said normally 6pm, but they were willing to stay an extra couple of hours (until 8pm!) to let us rent a canoe and kayak. They were super friendly and the equipment was very high quality. The vessels glided across the water quicker than any other kayaks I've rented before, and almost no water got in. A way different experience than cheaper ones I've rented from other places in the past. Also it was a great value. Definitely recommend checking this spot out if you want to rent a kayak and/or canoe in DFW!
