I was here many times with my kids for play and for birthday parties prior to the new ownership. It’s dirty now, lots of barriers and closures for no good reason making it hard to get around. Staff is just standing around everywhere and rudely barking orders about things that you cannot do. Definitely skip this one. There are enough good competitors in the neighborhood.

This place is AWESOME!!! And competitive rates for other "activity / jump places" in the area. First off, it's so much larger than it looks walking in. There's a HUGE arcade area in the back, also a Cafe with nachos, pretzel, sodas, pizza. Today we attended the Mother's Day event. I got a free Mimosa & there were donuts available. The massage chairs are one of the BEST I've experienced at a place like this. I appreciate the ones that cater to the "not so active" mom's who prefer to chill while they're kids are having a blast running off that energy. I checked out the party rooms upstairs & there are pool tables!! They have a toddler area also, which is cool for the Littles who need softer play. Definitely will be back.

Had toddler bday party here! Great place for kids to jump and expel energy! Not sure what the role of the host was but we could have had more water, I did request this but water never came. The manager owned up to forgetting. Food came out great and quick! Party host was hard to hear. Overall, great place for a bday party for the kids! Best part was i didnt have to pay for the parents or nonpartcipants! They have a toddler area for the tiny ones, a nerflike area, jump area, laser tag, ninja type course... small arcade area.. nice place! Will return!

We had my daughter‘s birthday party here. It was a great experience. All the kids had such a fun time. The place seemed pretty clean. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The pizza that we ordered and drink pitchers came out promptly and the pizza was delicious

We used to love this place but now it is a complete rip off. Also, kids are required to scan a card to get into each activity. This is a big responsibility for little kids to not lose the cards. Floors are also disgusting covered in popcorn kernels.
