Insider tips

  • Visit in the mornings to experience less crowding and a more relaxed environment.
  • Parents MUST actively monitor their children, especially very young ones, as staff supervision can be inadequate and other parents may not supervise their kids.
  • Be aware that floor areas outside of the dedicated toddler section might be hard, posing a risk for falls.
  • Bring your own snacks if preferred, as availability of snacks for sale implies it's an option.

Good to know before you go

  • Attending when multiple birthday parties are scheduled simultaneously with open play, due to severe overcrowding and safety concerns.
  • Expecting staff to actively police or monitor children in play areas, as this has been reported as lacking.
  • If you have very young children and are unable to provide constant, direct supervision due to the risks of unattended children and hard floor surfaces.
  • Severe overcrowding can occur when multiple birthday parties (up to 3) are held concurrently with open play.
  • Lack of staff supervision and policing in play areas; front desk staff reported to be on phones and not monitoring.
