As membership holders, Most of them recognize us when we get there LOL The membership is so worth it, especially if you live in the area. It's never crowded and always feels easy to do everything offered. The facility is always clean and well maintained. And, I love how fresh and modern the atmosphere feels."

"Every time we walk thru the door, it gets louder! My son and my nephews always let me know that I made a good decision to get the membership. They enjoy every bit of their time here. Easy to join the WiFi so I can work while they play."

"Just wanted to provide negative feedback on my experience at Altitude Austell on 03/29/2025. I placed a food order for a single order of Fries a little before 7pm, waited an entire hour and still received no fries. I eventually asked for a refund. Just wanted to highlight this poor customer service . I understand parties are priority but we are paying customers as well. Hope for better service in the future as we are frequent patrons of this establishment"
