"Not crowded on Tuesday mid afternoon. Plenty to do for kids (3 preschoolers). Price reasonable/comparable to other places. Not sure why I had to exchange my better quality socks, from an West Coast competitor, for their socks. Then, she threw mine in the garbage! No staff around or near play areas."

"Great workers there. Went there today for the first time to spend time with the kids and also scope it out for a birthday party. The employees there will definitely make the difference of a good party or not and I think they got it down packed."

"I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. It’s dirty, filthy and disgusting. The children that work there are beyond incompetent. We had my daughter’s birthday there over the weekend and it was an absolute disaster. There was no party host, there was no supervision, nothing. It was so over crowded to the to point children were being trampled on and nothing was done about it. That entire staff needs let go and retrain people who actually want a job. Oh and another thing, don’t post on your signs about a special party gift for the birthday child when they get nothing! Just about every kid that at"
