"I booked a character with them 6 months prior to my event. I reached out to them 4 days before the party to make sure everything was good to go since they had not reached out to me. Come to find out the character that was supposed to attend moved away and they had no replacements. I had to scramble 4 days before my daughters birthday and find a new character company. Luckily I found another company who provided me with the sweetest Cinderella."
