"Absolute garbage, AMC is so ghetto. The owners of this location should be embarrassed… the discount theater by my house takes more pride in itself than this sham of a cineplex. I only go here if the movie I want to see is not playing absolutely anywhere else. I’d rather pay the tolls to go to Indiana than go to this AMC!! The workers are nice enough, but doing a double feature at literally any Cinemark location, then coming here, is sincerely jarring. Just the absolute worst theater in Louisville… which sucks, because I have heard that AMC is really nice in other states. Well not in Kentucky b"

We arrived 20 minutes before the movie thinking it would be plenty of time to get all the pop corn and drinks and hit the potty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Holes in the walls. Poop on at least 2 toilet seats. There was only 1 concession stand open which wasn't a big deal considering there was only like 50 customers. But 6 or 7 of us waited by the bar for 5 plus minutes hoping someone would come serve us. No one came. And one thing I really can't get over in ANY theater is the price of the snacks. Even ga"

"Understaffed,, extremely dirty. Long wait in ticketing / concessions. Soda fountain area a major SAFETY issue, wet floor covered in ice overflow and soda. Extremely slippery. Germs and Bacteria pretty much expected by looks of zero management oversight, staffing, cleaning. Seats were somewhat comfortable though cup holders were stickey and gross. Note this was the 1pm showing and place was trashed and full of trash. Health department really needs to check this place out."
