Xscape Theatres Blankenbaker 16

Had an awesome experience even though at first I thought it was going to be bad, went to watch a movie late at night when I got there. Found out that there was an issue and the showing was actually canceled. After a very quick chat with the manager Dakota he informed me that he would do everything that he could to make it right and he did me and a buddy got to watch the film we came to see and he also gave me a refund for my ticket so that was a bonus. Very very awesome dude I would recommend the blankenbecker extreme theater to anybody. seats Seem like they're fairly new. Very comfortable

Very comfortable new seats, new carpet as well! Clean bathrooms too! Popcorn is always fresh and they have a great selection of food and drinks to choose from for all tastes and price ranges. They also show films no one else gets! Love this theater! Better than all the rest! Go here first and you'll never go to another theater again. It's perfect!

Dakota is awesome! We had issues with our tickets and Dakota fixed the issue quickly and was so friendly and personable. He even escorted my group to our theater. He gave us the VIP treatment. Good customer service is hard to find, so Xscape is lucky to have him!

Chairs are comfy leather that recline with closed bottom cup holders so stuff won't fall out. Plenty of parking, tons of movies playing at the same time with many showtime options for popular films. Service was great. My only complaint is the counters for drinks were dirty as well as missing lids and having soda everywhere.

Dakota is awesome! He was so helpful, and even went out of his way to offer my daughter an extra poster for the movie we saw. He showed us how to load the game cards up in the lobby, and was overall just very welcoming and friendly. This is not something I’m used to experiencing at other movie theaters.
