Cinemark Preston Crossings 16 and XD

Girls' night out for my sisters #50 birthday. 1st off, we were subjected to a temp of 54° inside the theater #9 we also had to go get blankets out our car. Then, after my niece dropped her toy behind the seat, we had to look for it, and we were immediately disgusted. Our section of seats had 2 that didn't recline. This place needs to be cleaned. My 1st time, here and I was disappointed. Crazy thing about the seats being so dirt. My daughter, next to me, found a $20 dollar bill. Now you know if they were cleaned ...... that mouse had been dead for a while because it was stinking. I'm quite disappointed with my 1st experience here. We were also told we couldn't get a refill on our popcorn and drink after buying the big plastic bucket.

Went to see “last breath” on Saturday night . It was unusually quiet. Usually Saturday nights are packed and you’re waiting in line for snacks for quite a while. This time we ordered ahead both the tickets and our snacks to be delivered to our seats. That was a definite plus! Went well and had a great time. Great atmosphere.

In the past I’ve had good experiences at this theatre so I hate to leave a bad review but can’t help it after taking my family to see the reshowing of Revenge of the Sith. Should call it “Revenge of the Sauna” because it was very hot in our theater compared to the rest of the building. Hot enough to ruin the whole experience especially when we were so excited to come see it we drove an hour to be there. Yes it was a pretty full theatre but no excuse when it boils down to people coming here to get comfortable and watch. Made it hard for any of us to enjoy our experience. Waste of 100+ dollars.

We wanted to watch Beetlejuice, but #12 had some type of white sparkly effect interfering. When I told the manager, she said we know it's like that in 8 too . She also stated it's been like that for a while, and hopefully, they will fix it. The amount you pay to watch a movie it should not be a broken screen and a dirty theater. Theater was not clean from the last showing before us. The manager said you should have told us. No, you should have cleaned it properly, and not make your customers clean off their seats of drinks and popcorn from other people.

Review for Cinemark Preston Cinemark Preston, it’s time to seriously reevaluate the customer experience you’re providing. The situation with the mice is completely unacceptable—there’s nothing like the unpleasant surprise of having them run across your feet or seeing them munching on leftover popcorn in plain sight. It’s as if they’re part of the audience now! This issue has gotten out of control, and it’s no surprise if you’re losing customers over it. After seeing mice three times, I decided I won’t be coming back. On top of that, the theater itself feels poorly managed, unorganized, and neglected. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority, and the place seems downright dirty. The management team needs an overhaul because this location is lacking in every area, from basic upkeep to customer service. If you’re looking for an enjoyable and sanitary movie-going experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. If you like mice, then maybe this is the theater for you, but for anyone else, Cinemark Preston is a complete disaster.
