💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Consider mezzanine seating, as views can be excellent even if designated 'limited view'.
  • Plan to visit the theater district during daylight hours due to concerns about the cleanliness of surrounding streets.
  • Research specific production reviews before booking, as show quality can vary significantly (e.g., 'Whynot Christmas Carol' was poorly received).
  • If planning to see 'A Christmas Carol', consider alternative productions if the 'Whynot Christmas Carol' is still running, based on negative feedback.

Things to Consider

Nobody Loves You was a great performance by an excellent cast. If you follow reality TV like "Love is Blind", "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette", you'll love this show. If I wasn't laughing, I was smiling. Great script.

This review is specifically for the Whynot Christmas Carol. I was looking forward to a fresh production, but this was just a one-dimensional mess. I like the idea of the play-within-a-play, and as someone who’s done a smidge of community theater, thought it would be a tribute to that… but the only good parts of the play were the actual scenes from the Christmas Carol. The characters of the actors performing the play did not in fact have any depth or character arc, despite the program notes suggesting that they evolved alongside the evolution of the play. Go see the Nutcracker instead.

Came here Friday at 1:00pm to watch Christmas Carol. I was concerned about my mezzanine tickets since it said limited view but was surprised to see a cozy theater with the best view even though we were mezzanine corner seat. The bathrooms are clean and check in process was fast. We did have to walk through some dirty streets to get to the theater district, I recommend coming i daylight. No such thing as dangerous places, only dangerous people. Stay safe!
