About Austin Elite Gymnastics & Ninja Warrior

Austin Elite offers solid programs for skill advancement in gymnastics and tumbling, catering from beginners (e.g., 3-year-olds in Open Gym, younger children in Beginner classes) up to competitive JO Level (e.g., Level 3). Children consistently show significant growth and quickly develop a strong affinity for their coaches and teammates. Value
Day camps cost $165 for two children. The value for regular programs and skill advancement is perceived as high due to positive coaching and visible growth. However, there's a poor value proposition for day camp cancellations due to a strict credit policy (e.g., only $82 credit for one child out of $165 paid for two for a last-minute illness cancellation) and reported unhelpful customer service.

"My daughter was attending a tumbling gym in another town, we did a trial at Austin Elite and she had to JOIN ASAP. Shes never looked back and ive seen so much growth from DAY 1. We've been here for almost a year and she has loved every coach, and her teammates ❤️ Thankful for the opportunity they've given my Emma to excel in the sport she loves."

"My recent experience with Elite Gymnastics was incredibly disappointing due to their abysmal customer service. After signing up my kids for a day camp which was 165$ - they unfortunately woke up not feeling well so since i had to call last minute and cancel i of course did not expect a refund but a makeup token to be able to rebook a camp day in the future!! They gave me a credit for only one of my kids which was 82$,despite repeated attempts to get credit back for the entire amount .. my concerns were largely ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and completely disregarded as a customer."
