Insider tips

  • **Safety Precaution:** Closely supervise children and visually inspect play structures for potential hazards like exposed bars, improperly installed straps, or stairs that might lack anti-slip features.
  • If healthy snack options are important for your family, consider bringing your own snacks as on-site offerings may not be the healthiest.
  • Be aware of the pricing structure: $15/hr for under 3s, $20/hr for 4+, with an additional $5 per extra hour.
  • Inquire about and utilize the military discount if you are eligible.

Good to know before you go

  • If you have high expectations for immediate safety corrections by management after reporting an issue, as prior reports indicate compensation was offered instead of a fix.
  • If your children are particularly vulnerable or prone to injuries from minor structural imperfections, due to reported issues like exposed bars and slippery stairs.
  • If you are solely reliant on healthy snack options being available for purchase on-site.
  • Significant safety issues reported: an exposed iron bar on equipment caused injury, straps on equipment were badly installed and positioned to scratch children, and stairs reportedly lack anti-slip 'slippers' causing falls.
  • Management offered a free hour as compensation for injuries instead of committing to fix the reported safety hazards.
Crowds
Reviews imply the venue can get busy, especially 'at the holiday season' and when 'many little people let out their wiggles there', but no specific times or days for peak crowding are mentioned.
Value
Entry fee is $15 per hour for children under 3 years old, and $20 per hour for children 4 years and up. An additional $5 is charged for each added hour. The price for entry is generally considered 'great value' for the activities offered. A military discount is available. Potential hidden costs include needing to purchase outside snacks if healthy options are a priority.
Food
Snacks are sold on-site.
Accessibility
A private bathroom in the back with a diaper changing table is noted as well-located and convenient for 'littles' (young children).
Safety
**Positive:** Parents are explicitly allowed into the play area to supervise their children directly.

"Last weekend me and my family with 4 kids we visited the playground and my 3 years son fell because the stairs doesn’t have slippers on the steps and a iron bar kicked his back so bad and my boyfriend’s daughter scratched her arm twice for the straps bad installed and facing to the front where the kids touch. I told the manager and he just offered a free hour and I didn’t accept. Is not what I am looking for, I just wanted that they fix it and do this place safe for our babies and kids. He mentioned that this was the first time that something like this happens, but definitely I don’t believe t"

"This is my daughter's favorite place to go! We have been coming here for one year regularly! Within that year, there has been equipment updates and rearrangement so as to keep interest high for regulars like us! There is a bathroom in the back with a diaper changing table. This is closed and private. We appreciate the location of this bathroom for the littles! Baby Hop is the best!"

"Took our 11 month old today for the first time. He had so much fun. The equipment was clean and good condition considering how many little people let out their wiggles there and at the holiday season. Staff was friendly and informed us on everything. There’s a section for parents to hang out to watch their kiddos play, they sell snacks so you can relax and watch your kiddo play. They also allow parents into the play area to supervise. The play place has some pretty interactive components that are accessible for multiple age groups up to around 5 years old. All in all, my family are fans. And t"
