Ball N Bounce

"Ball Pit with the slide is a huge HAZARD and ANXIETY! It needs IMMEDIATE NEW ARRENGEMENT. There is only one ball pit in the whole playhouse and this is it. The one in the photos is not there anymore. 1. My 4 year old banged her head on this slide when she was BALL N BOUNCING . So she understand she cannot bounce. Then I saw it happens to almost all kids. The slide is hard metal and not covered by any soft wrapping. 2. The ball pit is too small to have this gigantic yellow slide in the middle. Kids bump into each other when they slide after another because there is not enough place. All paren"

"This is specifically a review for Bryan who works here. Recently a good friend was in town with his daughter, and they accidentally left behind her beloved owl backpack. They live overseas, and I went to go get it from the lost and found. Despite a comedy of errors (pretty much all my fault), Bryan was an amazing help getting the backpack back to me, so I could get it back to my friend's daughter. Bryan went so far above and beyond in helping me out, I can't say enough good things."
