a month agoOur go to place to get the kids tired! Their chicken tenders and fries are so good! We’ve been going there for about 5 years with our children! Very safe and enjoyable. Sometimes they get lost with the amount of people that are there but they’ll call your name over the intercom which I appreciate!

a week agoI just had a birthday party for my daughter yesterday. This location did an amazing job. I loved that we had access to the room early so that I could set up our decorations I prepared. Our party coordinator was excellent and really went out of her way to make our daughter feel special. I highly recommend this place as a consideration for birthday parties or just to come and let the kids get out some energy. We'll definitely be back.

7 months agoSurprised at how nice the facilities and experience was. We came on a very busy Sunday afternoon with at least 2 birthday parties going, yet the busy areas did not create wait times nor an unpleasant experience. The facility is huge and well-designed to have ample things to do and also offer plenty of seating space for families. Also it seems intentionally structured for easier visibility in case your kids run to a different zone. It seemed well staffed but some staff enforced safety rules better than others. Party area was a good size. For 20 bucks plus 3 dollars for socks, you get an hour. We went for 90 minutes for only a few dollars more, which seems a great value. Bathrooms were kind of gross and not really enough and therefore understandably not able to be cleaned regularly bc there is always someone in them, but we weren't expecting it to be able to eat off the floor. Eating area not regularly cleaned and could have been. They had good amount of hand sanitizers around the facilities. Would come back for sure.

10 months agoGood place. Great facility. Well lit, safe, lots of padding, and lots of fun stations: -free jump area -dodgeball court -volleyball court -VR game area -the "orbit" (a rotating arm that you have to jump over) -battle beam -6-yrs-old-and-under-only area -giant foam pit -American ninja-like gauntlet and a few more stations I'm pretty sure I missed. Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids.

a year agoThe best trampoline and indoor activity place our family has ever been to (and we’ve been to many in the area). They have high quality and maintained equipment, plenty of helpful, friendly and attentive staff. We were there for my child’s birthday party on a Saturday and it wasn’t too crowded, and they really did it right and made it easy. They even made pizza and chicken tenders on site and unlike most places like this it’s actually pretty good! While they have a place for the little kids, it was better suited for our 8 and 11 year-old than our 3 year-old.
