5 years agoJohn was working the front desk when I called in to let them know I was running late getting back from my rafting trip and that I'd have to return the helmets I had rented the next day and incur a late fee. John offered to stay late after the shop closed and wait the few extra minutes I needed to be able to return them the same day. He was even happy to take the time to listen to a trip report about the river and conditions. Great service and great staff.

2 years agoRented an inflatable kayak to take down the Boise. The girls working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Both pickup and return were quick and easy. Definitely renting from them again soon!

5 years agoClimbing instructor teaching my son how to climb and giving him praise for doing a good job. Great place to climb, from beginners to experts.

a year agoI twice asked if a women's medium dry suit was available for rent and was told I could rent one. I asked again when I picked it up if it was a women's medium and was told it was - I was given a men's medium drysuit, which is too large. When using the drysuit, one foot was very leaky and the main zipper and hand gaskets both leaked considerably - a partial refund was requested, but not granted.

a year agoI’m doing a summer research at BSU and my friends and I heard a lot about floating the river! We wanted to try it out and the outdoor program gave us such good prices for renting! Definitely will go back again for rentals.
