"John was working the front desk when I called in to let them know I was running late getting back from my rafting trip and that I'd have to return the helmets I had rented the next day and incur a late fee. John offered to stay late after the shop closed and wait the few extra minutes I needed to be able to return them the same day. He was even happy to take the time to listen to a trip report about the river and conditions. Great service and great staff."

"Rented an inflatable kayak to take down the Boise. The girls working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Both pickup and return were quick and easy. Definitely renting from them again soon!"
