Broadway in Cincinnati

Nathan in the customer service call center was fantastic. He was a joy to speak with and solved our subscriber drink ticket issue (that had been ongoing for several shows due to a 3rd party printer error) Nathan really made me feel valued and respected with great positive energy and empathy.

There is no bad seat in the house! The acoustics are great and the ushers are always eager and willing to help. The ambiance is amazing and I love that the orchestra is visible even from the cheap seats. If you get the chance....GO! You will not be disappointed by the mega talent they bring in.

Saw Moulin Rouge! and it was so mucH FUN!

Been to several Broadway shows here - most recently Hadestown. The sound is always off - typically the leads are not loud enough and the chorus is too loud. After the most recent show people were talking about the poor sound quality and not being able to understand/hear the performers. If you don't mind horrible acoustics then head to Cincinnati. Never had this problem in Louisville or Indianapolis.
