Insider tips

  • New climbers or those prone to injury should carefully review the season pass terms, particularly regarding medical pauses, before purchasing a long-term membership to avoid potential financial loss.
  • Be prepared to create an online account and sign waivers prior to your visit, especially if attending with a group or for a party.
  • Consider utilizing promotions like Groupon, as issues related to them are handled effectively by staff.

Good to know before you go

  • New climbers should avoid purchasing long-term season passes without fully understanding the strict no-pause policy for injuries, as it can result in significant financial loss if an injury prevents climbing.
  • Anyone unwilling to create an online account for waivers, as this is a required step.
  • Inflexible season pass policy: If a new climber develops an injury requiring a break (e.g., 2 months), the facility refuses to pause the pass, leading to loss of unused climbing time and money.
  • Requires creating an online account to sign waivers, which can be an inconvenience prior to participation.

"It's always great coming here and bringing friends along to try out rock climbing for the first time. Instructors and staff here are super helpful and friendly. Especially when I had a minor issue with groupon, it was all fixed over the phone and in-person. There's also flavored water station, sink to wash up, ping pong table, gym downstairs, work/study tables, and lockers/showers. Many of us are definitely looking forward to coming back here 👍🏻"
