💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →New climbers or those prone to injury should carefully review the season pass terms, particularly regarding medical pauses, before purchasing a long-term membership to avoid potential financial loss.
- →Be prepared to create an online account and sign waivers prior to your visit, especially if attending with a group or for a party.
- →Consider utilizing promotions like Groupon, as issues related to them are handled effectively by staff.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Inflexible season pass policy: If a new climber develops an injury requiring a break (e.g., 2 months), the facility refuses to pause the pass, leading to loss of unused climbing time and money.
- ⚠Requires creating an online account to sign waivers, which can be an inconvenience prior to participation.
Price & Value
The value of season passes is a notable concern for new climbers due to an inflexible no-pause policy for injuries, potentially leading to financial loss if unable to use the pass. No specific daily rates or party package prices are mentioned, but the possibility of using promotions like Groupon suggests potential for deals.
♿Accessibility & Special Needs
- •No specific accessibility accommodations (e.g., wheelchair access, sensory-friendly hours) are mentioned in the provided reviews.

- •A flavored water station is available on-site. No other specific policies regarding outside food or drink are mentioned.
🚗Parking Info

🛡️Safety Features
- •Staff's attentive and kind approach ensures children feel safe and valued during their climbing experience, implying strong supervision and a focus on participant well-being.
⏰When to Avoid
- • New climbers should avoid purchasing long-term season passes without fully understanding the strict no-pause policy for injuries, as it can result in significant financial loss if an injury prevents climbing.
- • Anyone unwilling to create an online account for waivers, as this is a required step.

a month agoIt's always great coming here and bringing friends along to try out rock climbing for the first time. Instructors and staff here are super helpful and friendly. Especially when I had a minor issue with groupon, it was all fixed over the phone and in-person. There's also flavored water station, sink to wash up, ping pong table, gym downstairs, work/study tables, and lockers/showers. Many of us are definitely looking forward to coming back here 👍🏻

3 weeks agoGreat space. Chris was an excellent instructor for our family of four with no climbing experience. We had a lot of fun, the space is open and clean. Will definitely be back again!

7 months agoToday was an awesome day for the children at Nest Music Summer Camp. We spent the day rock climbing with Cortney, Chris, and their team. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and patient with our group of brand-new climbers. They encouraged us while providing comfort as we stepped out of our comfort zones to climb the height of a two-story building. We are truly grateful for their dedication and support. Their enthusiasm and positivity made a huge impact on the children, boosting their confidence and making the experience unforgettable. The team’s ability to make each child feel safe and valued was remarkable, and their kindness will be remembered long after camp ends. Thank you, Cortney, Chris, and the entire team, for making today such a special and empowering day for all of us.

2 months agoI took my daughter here for her classmate’s birthday party. It was a lot of fun ! It was her second climbing experience and staff was very helpful. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to create an account in order to sign the waver.

in the last weekBe careful before putting money down if you're a new climber! I purchased a season pass through a promo on Black Friday. I developed a shoulder overuse injury a few months in (I'd been stretching and limiting climbs to 2x/week but the point of buying a pass is to use it) and my doctor recommended I stop climbing for 2 months. I provided documentation but they refused to let me pause my pass so it's just going to lapse after going unused for 2 months. That being said, the staff were always very nice. Just a word of caution if you're a noob like me trying to explore your options when you're just starting out.
