"Stopped by the morning of Thanksgiving. Of course, everything was closed but it was still enjoyable walking around the park, and viewing the memorials. Plenty of parking on the street but that could be because it was a holiday. There are a lot of signs with tons of historical information that are fascinating to read. So, even though it wasn’t open to tours or anything, still a great spot to walk around and pay respects. My partner is a navy vet and he geeked out admiring the ships/aircraft etc."
