Took my 15 year old son there yesterday and we had a blast. Staff were all super nice and really tried to help you win prizes. Exceeded my son’s expectations. We will definitely go back!

I love this place! The owners have amazing customer service: they really want you to have a great experience and to win. They give you tips on how to win and will reset the plushie for you if you have tried it and it’s too difficult for you to win it. Also, they encourage you to win the easiest prize in the machine and if it’s not a prize you like, then you can trade it for another prize in that same claw machine the same day. You can also trade up to win bigger plushies if you wish (minimum trade up is 3 plushies). The more tokens you buy here, the better deal you get. Every time I leave this place, I leave happier than before. Show the owners some love and come on out to support and have fun at Cali Claw USA!

Me and my friends had so much fun in this place!! We got a lot of stuff toys and Sonny angels thanks to the family owners, they're so sweet and would help us move the claw machine to get the stuff toys, blind boxes easier, which was so nice and thoughtful! 💖💖 I suggest going here with family specially with kids, dates, hangout with friends and so on!! We spend a lot but it was so worth it because it's also for the experience and quality time we spent together as friends!!

Visited this place for the first time this afternoon, and wow! All the machines are in pristine condition and actually have good prizes! There were lots of small claws that have 2 tries per token (awesome!!!) and even more larger machines that are 1 try per token. All the machines we tried were very fair & not super hard to win. We met the husband of the owner and he was so sweet and polite, made us feel so comfortable and gave us lots of tips + tricks on how to win! Genuinely such a fun time, wonderful staff (owners haha), desirable prizes, clean! Prices are very good for the area ($1 per token)- especially because they offer deals the more tokens purchased.

I took my son here for his birthday and we had a blast! To start, the layout is open, well decorated, and very clean. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond in insuring we enjoyed ourselves. I really like how the small plush machines gave two turns per coin and was right at the height for the littles ones. They have nice prizes and a wide variety of plushes which was awesome. Im glad we made it part of our celebration and will be coming back soon!
