2 years agoI signed my kid up for two weeks here. It is a big camp with lots of kids and staff. The activities are fun - my kid come home very happy every day. I give two starts because of VERY poor customer service: 1. The reference promo code doesn't work. Both my friend and I have tried to contact their customer service line multiple times but no one responded at all. 2. Our second week was canceled due to their sick policy which said a close contact to confirmed COVID family member cannot attend camp in 10 days. I reached out to the camp director asking if I can get the week credited for future use. I was told that it was possible and I should contact customer service. Again. I tried. No one responded at all. If you don't plan to respond to questions, why do you even bother to set it up? There is no direct contact to anyone. The online form and chatting box is useless. For $400+ a week they are not treating customer right. Update: I was contacted very quickly after posting the review and had the week credited back for future use. I didn't realize all this happened until a week later when cleaning up emails. I appreciate staff's effort to help resolve this. So I updated the rating accordingly.
