"I signed my kid up for two weeks here. It is a big camp with lots of kids and staff. The activities are fun - my kid come home very happy every day. I give two starts because of VERY poor customer service: 1. The reference promo code doesn't work. Both my friend and I have tried to contact their customer service line multiple times but no one responded at all. 2. Our second week was canceled due to their sick policy which said a close contact to confirmed COVID family member cannot attend camp in 10 days. I reached out to the camp director asking if I can get the week credited for future use. "
