"We had our daughter's 9th birthday party at Capital Gymnastics & I absolutely cannot rave enough about how amazing they were! Not only did they coordinate an hour of play for the group of nearly 20 kids (!!), but then for the next 45 minutes of gift opening & cake, they were SO helpful! Distributing the cake to waiting kids, helping me settle them when they got too rambunctious, showing kids to the bathroom to wash up. They even wrote a gift list of who to thank for which gifts - without being asked! Top notch!!"

"Capital Gymnastics is a fantastic gym for all things! Our kids have taken Gymnastics, Ninja Force, Capital Adventure Night, and recently held a birthday party where we heard more than one “best party ever!” All have been outstanding. The kids have a blast, the coaches are kind, the owner goes above and beyond, the gym is set up well, and safety is a priority. So glad for Capital Gymnastics in the Verona community!"

"We love Capital Gymnastics! Our seven year old daughter started a few months ago, with absolutely no prior experience. She is showing rapid progress, and building great confidence with the help of the coaches. We love that the coaching staff is very knowledgeable with respect to form and technique, but they make the classes enjoyable for the kids! I also love the style of the classes, in that ALL of the kids are always moving. They have several stations going at once, and various skills are practiced simultaneously, so that no child is sitting around watching another child. I would highly rec"
