5 months agoCanceled our skyzone membership so was looking for something affordable for kids to do during rainy days. Decided on the cub membership which is $15/mo (best deal in town) but i didn’t like or understand the $10 activation fee each and weird 15% addition. Total was about $55. Still worth being able to play 2hrs everyday. Place was huge with lots to do, a few things were deflated but wasn't a huge deal. There is no giant ball pit like the website says but kids are free to do almost everything on their own (except harness activities). We went on a thurs day night and it wasn't busy at all. Check in was ez and the lady at the front was nice and gave us free socks. Looking forward to making this a regular stop for us this winter

4 months agoWorked on this park with my bare hands, hung Sheetrock, installed the speakers and wired them, ran the cable for the cameras, and had to fill the concrete gaps in along with a bunch of kids hired for part time work. Also did a bunch of detailing for the painters and set up the massage chairs. Wish I could’ve seen the finished product. Those inflatables (especially the big one off to the left of the building with the hoops to jump to.) are really fun. Those sticky socks are necessary though lol

a month agoHad a great time but “not clean”, lots of tattered places on blow ups, 1 corner I went to step to get out was over 3x3 that should have had stuffing but was completely void and I stepped down with 1 foot down about 3 feet! I spent $84.00 for 2 (a 7 yr old and grandma) for 2 hours & you have to buy “their” socks; no other trampoline type place socks will do and absolutely NO TRAMPOLINE or zip line anywhere! One part was closed that went along one wall, another part you climb up is just a drop off on like 20 feet in to a pit, with supposed stuffing and…. The part above head with the net has no workers or assistance up there, people get tangled up and smaller kids need help! Took over 30 minute WAIT for that part due to “no” small helmets, the helmet I had was awful; strap kept loosing and helmet was falling back on my neck. The climbing walls are super fun!

3 months agoMy son and husband always have a really good time there. However, every time that we have gone including his birthday a total of four times he has gotten really sick after visiting the Lakewood location. Not only my son put my husband as well. I thought it might have been a coincidence until my friend took her daughter for the second time and she got sick for the second time as well. It's really concerning to me that after we visit these locations our children are getting sick. I feel like they are not cleaning this place at all that it's just becoming a cesspool of germs. I get you got a bunch of kids running around I get that what I don't understand is why every time we go everyone gets sick we wash our hands before we eat or constantly sanitizing when we go on breaks there's something going on there. So just remember to try to stay as clean as possible do not eat there if you can help it. The place is not clean The toys are filthy. Kids are getting sick. Now this is just my opinion and what has happened to me after visiting the Lakewood location every single time. I wonder if anybody else has realized this.

a month agoVery upset with how much money this cost us. Had taken my daughter to the one in federal way awhile ago, and it was great, so was expecting the same quality here. Half the things are broken, under inflated or so filthy they are unusable. Places where the bounce houses are supposed to be velcroed together are pulling apart causing surprise pits of doom with a drop to concrete below. Definitely should not be charging full price for a place that's half unusable.
