Pump It Up Kirkland Kids Birthdays and More

I had my daughters ninth birthday at Pump it up and I thought they did an excellent job working with our group of about 30 kids and parents. There was plenty of youthful staff at every station that the kids stopped and played at. We never felt rushed. The staff was patient and worked with us getting all of our presents, cake, and accessories to the Right party room in time. It was a bit expensive, but fell within an acceptable amount that I wanted to pay. The service was so good. I left a generous tip.

Pump it up Kirkland was a dream come True for a very busy mom of two like myself. I was able to throw my 4 year old one of the best birthday celebrations with his preschool class and friends in a stress free and safe environment. The unpredictable weather here in Washington can make the timing stressful on the location of any birthday party and having pump it up be an indoor safe and clean venue with regulated temperature was everything. The moment I drove to the venue to see reserved HOST parking right up front by the entrance to the inside of the venue, the process felt effortless and stress free. I was greeted and guided on what to do by a kind staff member from the moment I set foot inside the venue to the moment I left, making the experience so pleasant and amazing. My guests knew what to do, where to go, where to place presents and I knew where to place decorations on their very convenient carts. This alone made the experience so special and pleasant. My son had such an amazing time playing with his friends in a safe environment and the parents were elated being able to talk to each other while safely watching their Little ones play. There were plenty of places to sit for the adults inside the venue and then two very fun play rooms for the children gave them new and exciting locations to let out all of their energy among each other. The pizza from papa John's, wings, juice boxes hit the spot after a fun time on the different jumping bounce houses and one of the best gifts the staff gave me as a busy parent was setting up and cleaning up post party. OMG THANK YOU! Pump it up Kirkland also had a refrigerator available for my son's birthday cake which was necessary and that I must say was the icing on the cake for me. Wow. 😮 Thank you! THANK YOU SO MUCH Pump it up Kirkland, for everything. I was so happy with everything and the amazing staff you guys had during my son's birthday celebration. I will be coming back again for more celebrations and amazing memories.

The kids love this place for bday parties, camps and trips trips! This place is super and they have a blast! There about six inflatables. One thing I would say is to increase the amount of inflatables or get larger ones because 2-3 of them are very small. Otherwise this is an amazing place!!

I feel bad for the people that work here... Yes, they run things very efficiently to a clock. The plans are very simple. It's a turnkey service. If you like that and don't care about having any flexibility to do something special, don't need any accommodations for anything that deviates from their rigid format, then this is the answer to a cookie cutter ultra basic experience at a reasonable price in the area. Also attention to safety was absent and I didn't see any sign of sanitation for the play area. But step back from things and you'll see that the services offered are more about them controlling things than providing you value or a better experience. The worst part, having run entertainment businesses like this, is how sole sucking this place feels for the staff. My interactions with staff was either kind of doe eyed and scared or numb and dead eyed. What a disappointment...
