2 months agoWe came here while traveling to hopefully give our small kids a break from the car. Two hours was about thirty bucks which was probably the best spent money on our entire trip. Our active toddler had the time of their life and even our infant had a blast! There is an under two specific section that was great and the larger section that was really well set up with all types of “obstacles” and equipment. It was very clean which I appreciate. The staff cleaned up and did light general cleaning/disinfecting while we were here which I appreciate even more. We will definitely be returning when in the area again and if we lived here would come regularly.

a year agoSafari is a playspace for little kids inside of Southcenter Mall. It's a pretty big space and offers a private room to rent for things like birthday parties which is great. There's not too much room for parents to sit inside as it gets cramped quickly. Everything is padded and safe which is amazing. You purchase time to be in there at the front and they have little cubbies and a bathroom. This is a good place to pass an hour or two with kids to get some energy out.

4 months agoI would like to inquire about the rules of your indoor playground. I brought my two children to play, and they were having a wonderful time, making friends with all the other children. While playing and running around, one of my children coughed a couple of times, which is completely understandable as children may cough lightly due to physical exertion. However, I felt deeply offended when two other parents—who, in my opinion, were dressed quite inappropriately for a children’s indoor playground (revealing clothing that I didn’t find suitable but chose not to comment on, as I prefer avoiding unnecessary conflict)—reported my child’s minor cough to your staff. I explained to your staff that my children are not sick; the cough was simply a natural result of running and playing, and nothing more. Despite this, your staff repeatedly came over to wipe down every toy my children touched, seemingly pressured by these two individuals. This created an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere for us, as it felt like we were being unfairly singled out. As a result, we chose to leave after only half an hour, cutting short what should have been an enjoyable visit for my children. This kind of treatment is simply not appropriate. It left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly judged. I would appreciate a response regarding your policies and how you handle such situations in the future.

2 years ago1 kid + 1 adult cost $16, we came in Saturday, it would cost 14$ if weekdays. My kid had fun, the place looks clean, various of games. There are 2 restrooms which are hygiene as well. Would come back here often especially the winter is cold outside.
