a week agoGet ready to ignite your holiday spirit at Light the Knights! This festival is the perfect way to embrace the winter wonderland and have some serious fun. I finally rallied my friends, and we headed down for a night of festive cheer. Yes, it was packed (no surprise!), but the energy was electric, and nothing could dampen our excitement. The entire area is transformed into a Christmas dreamscape, complete with dazzling decorations, mouthwatering treats, snow tubing, and ice skating! Tickets vary depending on the activities you choose, and of course, we went all in! We snagged our wristbands (essential for tubing and skating) and headed straight for the action. The lines moved surprisingly well, and everyone was super friendly. We tubed multiple times and hit the ice rink twice for about 20-30 minutes each time. Pro-tip: the skates run a bit small, so you might need to size up. Food is a bit pricey (think stadium prices), so plan accordingly. Even the earlier rain couldn't stop our fun - just dress appropriately, and you'll be good to go. Trust me, Light the Knights is an absolute must-do this holiday season! You won't be disappointed.

4 months agoWhat a fun event to bring in the holidays! Tubing was a blast. The strudel vender is amazing! Just a great time walking around with a salted Carmel latte and warm pecans!

4 months agoActivities were great, but vendors were rude. Please stop allowing rude vendors to partake in events that are supposed to be joyful. These folks have no experience in customer service. There was a young lady working a stand serving hot chocolate & had an attitude as i approached and asked her a question, as i proceeded to pay she snatched the cash out of my hand. Not friendly at all. Please do better it’s the holidays and we pay with our hard earned money the least you could do is return a smile.

3 years agoLoved this festive outdoor Christmas Village. Only 5 bucks to enter and the decorations are beautiful. Plenty of vendors and such fun. We had a blast! Not overly crowded so you could really enjoy all the photo ops, food and fun!! So glad we came. Texas girls having a very Merry Christmas❤️

5 years agoIt's small but a nice to have option in town. Live music on the weekends and multiple beer and wine options. The food options are limited...only a german food tent (which was sold out of half its menu by 5pm), a candy store, and a popcorn/strudel tent. The strudel was good but the wait was disappointing. I wouldn't suggest making a visit to Uptown just to see this but worth stopping for a couple beers and live music if you are in the area for something else
