"We booked a daytime boat tour for my sister’s 23rd birthday, and from the moment I inquired until the time we stepped off the boat, the customer service was exceptional. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The captain was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us great recommendations when we had questions and made sure the vibe was perfect the whole time. "We had a wonderful time. Very family oriented. Great customer service. Great DJ for the music. Awesome experience. Also, he was very caring with the way he drove the boat because my toddler son was on board. Really meant a lot :) Definitely will book again"
