We booked a daytime boat tour for my sister’s 23rd birthday, and from the moment I inquired until the time we stepped off the boat, the customer service was exceptional. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The captain was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us great recommendations when we had questions and made sure the vibe was perfect the whole time. We thought we’d need to come prepared with a playlist, but the captain had all the music covered—he simply asked what type of music we liked, and he nailed it! My sister had no idea this was a surprise, and she was beyond happy with how everything turned out. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll 100% be booking again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Very family oriented. Great customer service. Great DJ for the music. Awesome experience. Also, he was very caring with the way he drove the boat because my toddler son was on board. Really meant a lot :) Definitely will book again

This was an awesome experience. My wife surprised me for my birthday and the captain came through for the win. The fire pit, the s’mores, wine the view was amazing. This is a totally different perspective of Jacksonville. If you’re looking for a romantic boat ride or a a nice day out on the river I definitely recommend you contact Sean. BOOK!!! This experience was amazing. It was worth the drive to Florida. The captain and his assistant are amazing!!! My man enjoyed it as well. I will definitely be booking again.
