a month agoStopped in on a Friday around 6pm. It wasn’t crowed. Upon entry I was welcomed by an unpleasant smell. Overall I figured it would have been bigger on the inside. I expected more games for the children. Also wish they would have $10 game cards for purchase.

6 months agoWorst Chuck E. Cheese ever! Don’t waist ya time! The food comes out burnt, the drink area is flooded n nasty n everything sticky! They have no employee ever to open the jump area. When they do open it! They let a lot of kids in where it’s over packed. Even if they are playing ruff and hurt your kids they still let them stay inside and ruff play around toddlers. The games my son came to play wasn’t working, the roller ball game doesn’t work, the water squirt game doesn’t work, the picture thing doesn’t work , and a few more were out of order. Also u can only pause the card once so why ur kid is jumping u can not pause ur time. The GM was rude and unprofessional. Then the prizes my kids wanted they were out of and only have a few choices. U better off going to Frankie’s or adventure landing or angel island.

a year agoI had not been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid. In many ways it hasn’t changed at all. The food, the decor, and the entertainment options are pretty much all the same. However, I was absolutely pleasantly surprised to find out that all of the arcade games have been switched to time-based cards. As a parent, I found this to be the best value. Gone are the days of putting in yet another quarter for just a few seconds of play. Overall, great place for the kids to play and for parents to have a few minutes of down time.

a month agoVery small co.pared to other locations, the staff was kinda of rude when asking basic questions. Little security in the place, nobody was checking the stamps at the exit. The bathrooms were very dirty and we left early because we didn't feel safe.

a year agoI hadn’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in years, and I was happy to see that this location still had animatronics (although they weren’t moving). I was also happy to see they had the Luigi’s Mansion Arcade game. Although I wasn’t there for very long, I still enjoyed my visit.
