Cinemark Tinseltown Jacksonville and XD

Great movie theater here in Jacksonville. I love that they have reclining seats that are extremely comfortable! It was very easy to buy our tickets online and we simply used the QR code to get into the theater. Our popcorn was crispy and hot, and we also appreciate they have a bar so we were able to buy some wine to drink while we were enjoying our movie. The parking lot was crowded but we were easily able to get a spot.

Enjoyed our movie, friendly staff, good popcorn and well supplied concessions. Clean theater area and nice reclining seats, clean restrooms. And clean Hallways. Recycling bins. Plenty of parking and well lite at night.

My husband and I try to do our date nights here we love it. Especially because of having the movie rewards we are apart of it definitely makes it worth it. The concession stand employees could be friendlier and smile. Or even tell us our total instead of us having to just look at the area it tells us on our side and just standing there waiting for them.

Very nice and friendly staff! Got to see the Minecraft movie on opening day. Very quick to get in, and helpful staff in finding the right theater.

Our experience at Tinseltown movie theater was extremely spectacular and it started off with Adriana and Chris at the snack bar. They were so truly polite ready to assist anybody approaching the counter and very enthusiastic about their job. Such an amazing.
