5 months agoBeautiful evening in Civic Plaza celebrating the beginning of the Christmas season. Lighting of the Christmas Tree. Amazing vendors with great and homemade products. Bisochtos cookies, hot cocoa, coffee, and more yummy goodies. Sampling of fine chocolates and popcorn. Homemade custom jewelry, specialized and homemade lanyards, homemade blankets, winter hats, mittens, and so much more. My family and I had a beautiful evening making memories. We look forward to more Christmas family activities the city has to offer this holiday season.🎄🎄

2 months agoIt is a park that had no kids. Just homeless people. Lots of homeless people begging. The building itself is huge and devoid of life. I came at 3 and the cafe was closed. Only saw a security guard on the entire first floor. Went to the basement and asked a question, lady was super helpful and friendly and left. I don’t know why we have such a huge building just sitting there. Oh and the parking is expensive.

a year agoCivic Plaza in downtown Albuquerque is a great public space with a venue, playground, Holocaust Memorial, art installations, and other features. When my partner and I walk downtown we always stop by. During the holidays, the plaza also features a large Christmas tree. There are also nice views of some of the towers in downtown. I highly recommend visiting when in the area.

a year agoGood place to visit and bring your family. There's a splash pad, playground, basketball court along with plenty of seating and shade. Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul fans might also recognize the plaza as a filming location from the shows.

a year agoGood place to come and relax. There is space to dance and breakdance. The stage is good for singing and in the summer the water fountains are open. Good place to bring the kids
