DONT GO HERE. SERIOUSLY JUST MAKE THE DRIVE TO TIGARD. This is an unmanned, sparse claw arcade. It's a total farce compared to the Claw city in Tigard. The first game we tried was broken, and there was no one there to help. At the one in Tigard, they are committed to making sure you have a good time and it's good vibes and a ton of machines. Save yourself the trouble and just trek south. It's worth it.

Fun and Unique Claw Machine Arcade! Claw City is a great spot for anyone who loves claw machines or is just looking for something fun to do. We discovered it through YouTube and Instagram and decided to check it out. The experience did not disappoint—we had a blast playing the claw machines and even won a few plushies! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we were struggling to win a few plushies, they went out of their way to rearrange the toys, giving us a better chance at success. I’ve never seen an arcade prioritize helping customers win like that, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The claw machines themselves were very clean and worked perfectly every time. A cool feature they offer is the ability to tap the button again to make the claw grip slightly harder, increasing your chances of winning. While the arcade was on the smaller side, with only a couple dozen claw machines and a few other games (like a racing machine and a water spray game), the quality and variety of claw machines met my expectations. The atmosphere was classic arcade vibes—neon lights, music, and fun decor. Their ceiling was filled with rubber ducks, which tied into their duck-themed branding and added a unique touch. Pricing was fair, and it was super easy to get and reload a game card. For what we spent, we definitely got our money’s worth in plushies. Another great perk is the ability to exchange smaller plushies for bigger ones or trade them for tickets to redeem at the prize counter. I’d recommend Claw City as a fun stop if you’re in the area and want to win some plushies without spending a fortune. While the arcade could benefit from expanding its size, it’s still a great destination for claw machine enthusiasts. I’d definitely return if I was nearby and in the mood for some fun!

A nice convenient place to have a little fun. It's a self-operated arcade, sort of like when you go out of a grocery store and you see a claw machine, and you just Put in a dollar and start playing. That's exactly what it is. I will say a dollar is a little expensive for arcade games, in my experience they usually are 0.50 cents or less. But if you're in the mall, maybe stop by and have a little fun.
