What parents say
"Surprised by all the updates. Came to spend Easter Sunday with the nieces and nephews so a room seemed like an economical choice since it came with four tickets to the park. Everyone super friendly (front desk & water park staff) my nephew lost 1 of his crocks, I asked a cleaning attendant for guidance and she went above and beyond to communicate with other staff & help us out. Which is not the norm customer service, so this really stood out. And she FOUND IT! My only suggestion to improve the overall experience was to have more attention to the cleanliness of the pool water in all areas. It "

"I want to say our stay was more of a 3.5 not exactly a 4. They are definitely trying. We did the VIP package which i do recommend. We checked in early around 2 pm and were able to get into our room, change and have plenty of time to enjoy the waterpark. Now the room was extremely dated and had a mildew odor. I’m sure due to the carpet i experienced coughing and stuffy nose only while in the room. My opinion is they need to remove carpeting from all the rooms. Aside from that the beds were not that comfortable i tossed and turned all night. The waterpark was fun and the staff was extremely frie"

"Love all the extra touches like an Easter Egg Hunt and foam party for the children. Water park was fun and lots of life guarding staff on duty which was great. Music for parties stopped at a decent time which was great when you have sleepy children. Rooms basic (no wardrobe to hang clothes) but clean. Staff friendly. Would definitely recommend for families. Couldn’t get my children out of the pools!"
