"I reserved a “party room” for my boys birthday. The only good thing about the whole experience was the host. After waiting an hour and a half we were allowed access to the room and it was basically a freezer with no lights. Completely misinformed about the schedule of the night and bringing $170 worth of food that sat on a random cart until we were able to get access is to the room was a waste of money.
