Cool Zoo Waterpark

"My family and I had a fun time at the Cool Zoo. I personally find it hard to mash a visit to the zoo in with the cool zoo. We are Audobon members so we normally skip the zoo part and just visit the cool Zoo or regular zoo. The lazy river is a fun, relaxing float ride. They have double tubes with a solid bottom so it is easy for toddlers to float in one. We brought snacks in so we didn’t deal with the concessions. The tickets are half day and for having a toddler it’s the perfect amount of time."

"The cool zoo is indeed a great summer activity. Both my big kid (8) and my little kid (2.5) love it and stay entertained the entire time. 12 dollars for a ticket is perfectly reasonable BUT they really get you by requiring you to also pay for a zoo ticket. Now this isn't so bad if you're actually going to go to the zoo (although the price of admission is extremely high) but for little ones who aren't going to make it to the zoo after 2/3 hours of water play it's a huge waste of money. We ended doing one ride on the train (which of course cost extra) and leaving."

"Cool Zoo is a great little water area. For a hot day, the water was nice and cold. They serve some beer and wine coolers. They have a kids' water playground area with a little beach feel, and there is a lazy river that is about 3 feet in height, so parents be ware since I almost scraped my knees 🤭"
