Dave & Buster's Phoenix - Scottsdale

We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was full of energy, excitement, and family-friendly fun. However, we did run into a small issue with one of our play cards, which could’ve put a damper on our visit, but thanks to Michael, it absolutely didn’t! Michael, the team member we worked with, was phenomenal. He handled our concern quickly, professionally, and with a level of care that really stood out. Not only did he resolve the problem with our card flawlessly, but he also went above and beyond by locating a discount for us. The games were fun, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was truly top-notch. We’ll definitely be back and we hope Michael gets the recognition he deserves! Five stars all the way!

We came here for a date night. It was a bit challenging to find the entrance as we aren’t from the area but it’s located in the centre of the walkable plaza at this mall complex. The area is very clean and clearly marked I’d say. Was easy to obtain a players card from the machine at the front lower level though they do have options to speak to an employee. I can’t comment on the price of the tokens because I don’t know what the average price is. We did end up spending a hundred bucks for a few hours of play though. It was so much fun. The arcade is located upstairs. There’s tables and a bar located in the centre. We didn’t eat here but the menu looked pretty extensive and delicious. We did grab some drinks. Pricey but tasty. There is quite a selection of games for all to enjoy. I was impressed to find many of my favourites there. We had a lot of fun. By the end we had enough tickets to get a couple items at the store but decided not to redeem. The games were all in working order and it was very clean. It wasn’t overly busy so we didn’t have a huge line up for games which was nice. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend.

Really nice location. I was able to redeem my points for a food voucher, and the downstairs bartender was awesome! This place has everything to offer for a great family gathering.

Loved the place and food too specially that veg pizza.. staff if cooperative and friendly. May be some more games can be added since this is in center of dessert ridge, people might love to visit it more frequently if having more options.

Our youth group had the pleasure of spending the night at Dave & Buster’s, it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we felt right at home. Even though there were some unexpected challenges along the way, the team at Dave & Buster’s went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of and still had a blast. We can’t thank the staff enough for their patience, professionalism, and commitment to making sure our youth group had an amazing time, and want to specifically thank Cameron and his team. We’ll definitely be back for more fun in the future!
