Insider tips
- If booking a party room, clarify the bracelet distribution process immediately upon arrival to avoid having kids sit around waiting.
- Try to grab food directly when it comes fresh out of the kitchen, as it is much better than when it has been sitting out.
- If you are picky about food, skip the buffet option and plan to eat elsewhere, but don't miss the ice cream cones.
Good to know before you go
- Relying solely on the buffet if you or your kids are picky eaters, as food quality can be dry and disappointing.
- Expecting all arcade games and prize counters to be fully operational or stocked.
- Highly inconsistent food quality at the buffet, with some calling it dry, awful, or poor value for the $15 price.
- Broken or out-of-order arcade games (about a dozen reported down at once) and empty prize/ticket stations.
- Disorganization during party room check-ins, leading to kids waiting around for up to 30 minutes for their ride/game bracelets.
- Crowds
- Party check-in times can feel chaotic and unorganized, causing initial delays for guests.
- Value
- Excellent value compared to competitors like Dave & Buster's or Main Event, offering all-inclusive packages with predictable upfront costs. However, the standalone buffet at $15 is viewed as overpriced by some due to poor food quality.
- Food
- All-you-can-eat buffet included in some packages or available for around $15, featuring pizza, pasta, salad bar, baked potatoes, and soft-serve ice cream.
What parents say
"I got a discount on a party package. Sooooo the price was just right. All the kids had so much fun. They really didn't want to go home. The pizza was actually really good. But what surprised me the most was the macaroni and cheese. It was so good. I wanted to take some home!!! When we first got there in the room, it was a little unorganized, or maybe I misunderstood what was really happening, but for the kids. They were just sitting around for like 30 minutes. They were getting kind of antsy waiting for the game and ride bracelets. Maybe something should be in place when renting a room to avoi"

"So I brought my son and his friends here for his birthday. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I'm really extremely disappointed in the buffet. How is this a buffet? *See pictures* I understand the concept of a smaller buffet but at least have somewhat decent food to eat and maybe a few more options if we're going to pay $15.00! And the food quality was absolutely horrible. The only thing that looked half decent was the salad bar, plenty of options, but then you get to dressings, and they are in a package and taste horrible. The Carnival rides *3 of them* I believe if i remember right, Arca"

"Took our daughter here for her birthday today. My friend recommended this place as we are new to Arizona. This place was phenomenal!! Better than any Main Event & Dave & Buster's to me in regards to the kids and ALL you get for a great price!! Very kid friendly place and even great for Adults! The buffet was great as well!!! The pizza was great and salad. They had other options like pasta, baked potatoes and cookies for desserts. The free drinks as well. It was almost like a CiCis Pizza meets Dave & Buster's/main event. Our baby had a great day today. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We will be ba"
