Dave & Buster's Providence

I must say coming today to Dave's & Buster in providence place mall was an incredible experience from start to finish! The ambiance was simply delightful, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The service provided by our host, Vincent, was exceptional. He greeted us warmly and ensured that we felt right at home throughout our visit. His attention to detail and genuine care for our experience truly set the tone for the evening. Our waitress, Yasmin, was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with recommendations that perfectly complemented our meal. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Each dish we ordered was flavorful. It was evident that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft. I highly recommend to anyone looking for good food and fun . Thank you, Vincent and Yasmin, for making our night so special! We can't wait to return!

The customer service, atmosphere, and food were all phenomenal at this Dave and Buster's!! I went to watch the Patriots game before going to work and got the Cali Caesar Salad Bowl which was absolutely delicious!! The HD big screen was excellent and a tremendous picture. They had surround sound as well!! I ordered a BBQ Chicken Flatbread to go also to take with me to work for dinner that night and accidentally left it on the table since I was in a rush. I called them to see if they had a policy regarding if you forget and leave a take out order on your table and they said they would offer me a full refund or a credit. I took the refund. Like I said phenomenal customer service!! I come here quite a bit and will definitely be back!! I plan on going back an extra time to make up for the inconvience I caused them of having to do a refund. I love coming here to watch games when I don't have the option to watch at home and the menu continues to get better. Excellent job Dave and Buster's all around!!

I had Jenn as a waitress and I can’t express enough how enjoyable the experience was. She was patient, kind, funny, interactive and just a joy to have. She was able to answer all my questions I had and a smile never left her face. Excellent customer service! She is so funny and nice, out of all the servers I’ve had there she was the absolute best. My sister and I loved her and it made the experience one thousand times better. We’ll be coming back to see her and making sure she’ll be taking care of us again! Thank you again Jenn so much, we appreciate you more than words can express. Clock that tea queen.

Not a bad little arcade. Kids had a great time. I loved how we could play unlimited blue games with our passes. The ticket counter is a great setup. You shop like you're at a store and checkout at the end. This way the attendant isn't locked while children make their selections. Tons of games and not too many broken ones

We love going to this place. The games are awesome, and they have many options to choose from. The food is always delicious and their prices are not bad. The service may be a little slow at times, especially when it's busy. This place is also great for watching games. They have TVs everywhere and a very nice bar. I highly recommend it!
