"went in to purchase a pair of wrestling shoes for my daughter, and one of their footwear employees, Micah, spent all of his time patiently explaining every detail and what kind of shoe my daughter would need to fit her play-style. Very friendly, and extremely outgoing. He looked very stressed as well as it was very busy going back and forth, but his customer service was superb. also might note I went to this same store last year and the experience was absolutely atrocious. But thankfully it seems like they have better employees as of late."

"The clerk at checkout was rude when asked where a certain shirt might be. Said over there by mannequins. Over there! I couldn't find the shirts so went back to her to ask if a salesperson could help me. She called for someone else who was just as put out about helping. I will never come back in Dicks again."
