"Lack of customer service. I love this store usually The other night my wife and I came in and looked at treadmills and other large items. We where in the area for a long while and not one person asked if we needed help. Store not crowded and not overly busy. No one greater us or when when left said anything."

"I wanted to get a club regripped in their golf section. Cool selection of clubs, they've got alot of stuff. I only know that since I walked around the section and stood by the counter for about 20 minutes. Not a soul to be found, nobody. I get it that it's Masters week, but come on.."

"The people in the shoes department are always super helpful and kind. Lancelot helped me get some soccer cleats and was patient during the whole process, even when I had to switch between sizes a few times."
