What parents say
"Beautiful place with the beach, light house and trails by the water. I imagine it's even nicer on a beautiful summer day. We parked at the north parking lot and took the north loop to the light house and the south loop back to the parking. There's no parking by the beach unless you just want to pullover to take some photos."

"This my first visit as I don't live in the city. I thoroughly enjoyed hiking the loop trail to my South Beach destination. The trail was well maintained (but needs some work around some stairs). The variety of different landscapes was an unexpected surprise. Restrooms are availlable but you may need to search for them - stop at the visitors center to use the facilities when you arrive and then you should be good for a while."

"Absolutely stunning! Discovery Park is a breath of fresh air right in the heart of Seattle. With its incredible views of the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound, it's like stepping into another world. The trails are perfect for a peaceful walk or an invigorating hike, surrounded by nature's beauty. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to escape the city hustle and immerse themselves in tranquility. Truly a gem!"
