"The sound system was terrible! The attitude of the staff was worse. At a perfomance over the weekend, the staff weren’t ready for the sound check delaying the program and were rude to guests (we heard many complaints about them restricting every reasonable standing spot in the lobby or even outside the doors), barking at them constantly! If the performing arts center doesn’t have staff that can provide good audio system support and show decent behavior, just a large theater won’t help make it a worthwhile place to go!! Very disappointing!!"

"Lyle Lovett and his instrumentalists were great. Venue was pretty good, but could have had steeper seating tiers for better visibility for shorter people."

"Awesome little venue tucked away here in San Ramon. My kids are involved in a lot of the drama programs in the area and have often performed here at Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center. Ample amount of seating. Location is always clean and the staff is pretty friendly. Keep up the great work y’all!!!"
