4 months agoDisappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price I was really looking forward to visiting the drive-thru Christmas in the Park, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. While the lights were synchronized, there were far too few of them, and the displays felt sparse and underwhelming. The entire drive took less than 10 minutes, though it’s possible we were going too fast—but even at a slower pace, there just wasn’t much to see. For the $30 admission fee, I expected something much more immersive and festive. Sadly, it didn’t deliver and left us feeling pretty disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made in the future.

4 months agoThe drive thru is decent but the wait time is a bit much for what you get. We had to wait close to 45 minutes to get to the front of the line and the experience itself was just about 15 minutes. For those wondering where the actual Christmas in the Park is at, it's at Caesar Chavez Plaza.

4 months agoEdit- downgrading to 2 stars. Went to a drive through light show in Las Vegas. Difference in show quality and better attempts to keep the cars going was like night and day. I appreciate the attempt. Booked a 7pm slot on a Saturday. Directions were slightly confusing but we figured it out when we saw the line of cars. The whole thing took about an hour for about 15 minutes worth of lights. Some of the lights appeared to had burned out and there were portions it felt could have been lit up more (buildings and trees). The candy canes were a nice touch towards the end.

4 months agoWe visited Christmas in the Park, thinking it was the same one in downtown San Jose. Since we live far from the Bay Area, we mistakenly assumed this was the downtown location. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. For $30, it was just a 10-minute drive-through to see lights, which were not impressive and definitely not worth the cost. Even my 10-year-old commented that it wasn’t worth the money. We were very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Instead, I suggest visiting the downtown Christmas in the Park, which offers a much better experience for both kids and adults.
