"Awful staff. Terrible communication. Young girls running everything and cut the children's play time 15 minutes early. I spoke with the manager but he did not offer any compensation."

"Terrible experience! We showed up because my daughter wanted to climb the wall, only to be told it was closed because the place was short-staffed. Also, half of the kids didn’t have a bracelet (didn’t pay to get in) which made the bouncy houses crowded and dangerous."
