My family and I booked a reservation online since it's been some time since we did anything with Jet skis. We arrived early and the gentlemen (assuming owner and clerk) immediately processed us and got us out on the water within 20 minutes after doing some safety training and a quiz. The waters were not too bad, but we could feel the fall air kicking in. The Jetskis worked as expected and overall had a great time with my family. We had nothing but a good time and the gentlemen who assisted us today defiantly left a lasting impression for future visits.

I stopped in to get my suunto vyper computer battery changed out. Very last minute, called around and they are one of the only dive shops in the area open at 9am. The employee was very friendly and changed my battery in 10 minutes while I waited. Thats the best customer service I’ve had at a dive shop off island. I will be returning here for my next dive gear investments. I owe you guys, thanks so much for saving my dive trip!

(Get your snacks this is going to be a long one) I was ready to write a scathing review but Hunter saved them thats why they only got 4 stars. I was very interested in learning how to Kayak. Lets say it was a slight obsession between learning how to Kayak and SUP. During my research (Youtube) hinted that kayaking would be easier on my knees and feet. So after a quick google search I realized there were a couple of places that taught both water sports that I wanted to try. I realized that EW was closer to my home so I figured I would go with that one. I went to the address in Middle River and watched a class go out on the water and was excited to try out my sea legs. I decided that Youtube University taught me what I needed to know so I didn't need a class. Well I almost ran into the bushes my first time by myself so I may as well take a class and make sure that I am better prepared. I booked a lesson for the next Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. because that was the time that was available. I grew more and more anxious because I am going to be a kayak champion!! (This was what was going on in my head), Anyway the Wednesday before my lesson I got a phone call from EW and my heart did exactly what it does when you get a hey boo text from your hair stylist (iykyk), The person who I spoke to lets call her "Terri" said that there was a error on the website and the only lesson they have on Sundays are at 9 a.m. and in Essex..I said oh ok not a problem. So she said we will reschedule you for 9 on Sunday.I asked how many people and she told me that it was just me...oh yay I can be the teacher's pet. Sunday morning I arrive at 8:30. The method to my madness..the website said to arrive for lessons 15 minutes early and my mother always said if you are on time then you are late so therefore I was early but not an issue. There was no one there which I thought was odd but what did know. 8:30 turned to 8:45 to 9:00 a.m. by now my temperature is boiling and its not because it 90 degrees out. So about 9:10 a car pulls up and out steps "Chad" I don't know his name but he looks like a Chad. Anyway I told Chad my conundrum and he was so confused poor Chad didn't know what was happening so he did what any customer service rep does when they are unsure...called his manager. So after about another 15 minutes here comes HUNTER!!! So I told him my issue and he apologized profusely and told me that no one told him that there was a lesson today and at 9 a.m. at that since they open at 10 a.m. and worse off they don't do lessons that the Essex location they do it at Dundee Creek. (insert angry black woman music). But he told me that he would fix it. Just follow him to Dundee Creek and he would take me out on the water himself and teach me what YouTube didn't. So we went to Dundee Creek and had a quick land lesson and then we went out the lesson was pretty quick and straight forward. It took us about 15-20 minutes so after Hunter said ok you are all done...I told him no sir I paid for a hour and I want my hour he said oh no of course if you are comfortable going out by yourself you can and I was so he gave me a whole hour and then gave me a card for a free hour rental when I come back! Hunter needs a raise because if it wasn't for him this review would have been horrible. Miscommunication ruined the morning but great customer service saved it.

horrible experience. They gave us a jetski that broke after around 40 min of use leaving us stranded in middle of the river for over an hour and half. Didn't answer our phone calls for half an hour until they finally picked up and came to get us. Then we were refused a refund and they stopped answering all attempts at correspondence. NOT RECCOMENDED

We rented a jet ski for an hour at Eastern Watersports on Juneteenth because we had the day off. It was amazing!! This was our first time on a jet ski and the experience was incredible, so fun! Everyone at Eastern Watersports was exceedingly helpful, kind, and courteous. Hunter, our jet ski expert turned into a tour guide. Big ups to Hunter and everyone else at Eastern! We will be back later this summer. God bless.
