a month agoFun place for younger kids. Trampolines, small climbing wall, inflatable slides, dodge ball area, snack bar, and some arcade games. We’ve been to birthday parties here as well. There are party rooms where you can bring your own pizza and cake. You MUST have Elevate socks for jumping, they won’t allow you to use jump socks from other places.

4 months agoGreat safe place to let the kids run and have fun. Not overwhelming huge so no problem keeping track of your kids! Only one walkway into the play area which made it easier to ensure little ones weren't exploring other places. Arcade in the front was fun.

5 months agoI am beyond furious and utterly disgusted with this facility. If I could give it negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve hosted multiple parties here in the past and had great experiences, but under this new ownership, it’s a complete disaster. The “corporate restructuring” has destroyed everything that made this place worthwhile. It’s painfully obvious that profits now take priority over customer experience. Prices have gone up significantly, yet what do you get for it? A measly cart with a birthday sign slapped on it. Yes, you read that right - a cart. Then, for the final 30 minutes, they shove you into a party room like you’re herded cattle. And the drinks? Oh, those are only given to the kids after you’ve been moved to the room. Want something to drink prior to? Fork over the money at their concession stand or trek over to the water fountain. The check-in process is a complete disaster. You pay for a set amount of time to jump, yet your guests are stuck at the check-in desk for at least 15 minutes getting registered - even if the waivers were signed ahead of time. No sense of urgency, no organization, nothing. And guess who’s left to deal with the chaos? Poor high school kids. There was no upper management present, none. These kids were stuck handling all the complaints and frustrations from customers like me, and honestly, I felt bad for them. It’s clear they have no interest in serving families or building community anymore… it’s all about getting every last penny in true corporate fashion. This place used to be fun, welcoming, and family-oriented, but now it’s nothing more than a greedy, money-hungry dumpster fire. The new management should be ashamed - they’ve completely ruined what was once a great place.

3 months agoEither bring your own seat or be prepared to sit on the floor or stage/platform. I’m standing as I type this. There are four standalone table and chairs where you may be lucky enough to find a seat (none currently available). All the booths are taken (nobody sitting there, just filled with coats and shoes). Great place for a birthday party where you pay for designated space, poor venue for random decision to bring daughter and two friends for some fun. Not looking forward to standing for the next 1hr+.

4 months agoI think there’s a reason why it’s 6:00 on a Saturday and this place is dead. We’ve been here multiple times in the past and have never had a bad experience. In the past our children have been allowed to jump with socks on today we were told we had to purchase their socks in order for the kids to jump. Fine whatever. But I was then told my one year old needed to have a waiver signed (insurance purposes-whatever) but then I was told I needed to pay $20.00 in order for her most likely sit, crawl or just watch her older siblings jump. Absolutely ridiculous and considering all of the other nearby trampoline parks this will be our last visit. Do better.
